Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant – Swansea & Carmarthen

Are you a passionate and dedicated Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in local schools? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for enthusiastic TAs to work across Swansea and Carmarthen
.

Location:

Swansea & Carmarthen
Pay: £14.25 per hour

Hours:

08:30 – 15:30, Monday to Friday (no weekends!)

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
Promote the use of the Welsh language in the classroom
Help create a safe and positive learning environment

Qualifications

Fluent Welsh speaker (essential)
Relevant qualifications (e.g.,
Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching & Learning
, CACHE, or equivalent) or a PGCE
Previous experience working with children or in a school setting
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willing to register
