As a Youth Tutor, you will work closely with students to provide individualised tutoring sessions, support their learning needs, and inspire them to achieve their potential.

• Deliver training sessions using a variety of teaching methods to engage, support, and motivate learners.
• Develop creative lesson plans incorporating differentiated teaching styles and activities.
• Plan and support the learner in their individual learning journey.
• Help learners achieve their qualifications to a quality standard in a timely fashion.

• Previous experience working as a tutor, trainer, or mentor for young people.
• Previous experience working with NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) individuals.
• Minimum Level 3 qualification or Degree equivalent.
• Good level of Maths and English GCSE C, Level 5 or above.
• Ability to engage, motivate and support young people in a learning environment.
• Ability to plan lessons, assess learner progress and provide feedback effectively.
