• Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Working on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Assisting teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons
• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills
• Gaining experience in both classroom environments and dedicated ALN units

• Willingness to work with children with ALN (essential)
• Positive, patient, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and committed approach

Desirable (but not essential):

• Knowledge or previous exposure to ALN / SEN
