Teaching Assistants Urgently Needed – Flexible Work in Swansea & Neath Port Talbot
Daily rate from £88.92 | Flexible work

- Assist with lesson delivery and classroom activities
- Support pupils’ learning, confidence, and engagement
- Promote a positive, calm, and inclusive learning environment
- Support behaviour management in line with school policies
- Work alongside teachers and other support staff
- Support pupil learning, well-being, and development
You may be supporting pupils with a range of abilities, including those requiring additional learning or behavioural support.
What You’ll Need- At least 3 months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults (references required)
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) (or willingness to register)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and passion for supporting young people
