The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant for a September start, with opportunities available on a day-to-day, long-term and permanent basis. The successful Teaching Assistant will support students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, providing classroom assistance, delivering 1:1 and small group support, promoting positive behaviour and helping pupils remain engaged throughout their learning.

✅ The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

Experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting

A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential

Experience supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive, proactive and adaptable approach

A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
