We are seeking a passionate Design Technology Lecturer to join our Further Education College in Swansea from the start of the new academic year. The role offers a modern learning environment focused on innovation, practical skills, and student success.

Deliver engaging Design Technology lectures; plan and assess high‑quality lessons; support students to achieve their full potential; maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• A recognised teaching qualification or relevant lecturing qualification
• Experience teaching Design Technology within a Further Education or secondary setting
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Strong subject knowledge across general Design Technology
• A positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• The ability to motivate and engage learners of varying abilities
