The role of Deputy Headteacher is to support the Headteacher in delivering an outstanding whole‑school learning environment. The successful candidate will have a strong teaching background, proven leadership experience and a track record of strategic planning and improvement.

- In‑depth understanding of self‑evaluation, school improvement and curriculum transformation in line with the Curriculum for Wales 2022.
- A vision to become a Headteacher in the future.
Start date:
1 January 2027 (or as soon as possible).
Applicants must hold an enhanced DBS check and be registered with the Employment Welfare Commission. All staff are required to keep up to date with safeguarding training and to commit to the school’s safeguarding policies.
