Connex Education is partnering with primary schools across Ammanford, Llanelli, Neath and Swansea to recruit experienced Teaching Assistants. You will support the class teacher with behaviour management, provide additional instruction, and assist with classroom activities.
The role involves working with pupils to reinforce learning, offering one-on-one support, and helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment. Competitive PAYE paid weekly with CPD access.
