Are you passionate about helping children reach their full potential? We're working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Fforest Fach area that is looking to appoint a Year 2 Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from September.

The Role
As a Year 2 Teaching Assistant, you'll:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons.
Work with small groups and individual pupils to boost learning and confidence.
Help create a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued.
⭐ Encourage positive behaviour and support pupils both academically and emotionally.
We're Looking For...
You don't need previous school experience! We'd love to hear from people with transferable skills from roles such as:
Nursery Practitioner or Early Years Educator
Support Worker or Care Assistant
⚽ Sports Coach
Youth Worker
️ Activity Leader or Holiday Club Staff
️ Customer Service or Hospitality (with excellent communication skills)
Parents or carers with experience supporting children
Graduates looking to gain classroom experience before teacher training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
