Teacher Active is proud to be working with secondary schools across Swansea who are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teaching staff to support students in the classroom, encourage engagement with learning and help pupils make positive progress.

- Experience working with children or young people
- Experience supporting students in an educational setting (desirable)
- A good understanding of safeguarding and student wellbeing
- Excellent communication skills
