Gower College Swansea is seeking a dedicated job coach to work with interns with additional learning needs (ALN) at the Tycoch Campus, Swansea. You will identify strengths and interests, support with employability and connect the interns with local employers to secure suitable placements.
The role runs 37 hours per week, fixed term until 31/08/2027, during term time (40 weeks/year). Salary £13.72–£14.94 per hour (£23,504–£25,586 per annum). Travel to local employers such as Amazon is expected.
