The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils in the classroom and during learning activities
  • Assist children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
  • Work with pupils requiring behavioural support
  • Build positive relationships with students and staff
  • Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
  • Encourage pupils to develop confidence and achieve their potential
