Money Ready is a financial education charity working with over 50,000 individuals (young people and adults) across the UK every year. They deliver expert-designed, high-impact financial education programmes on topics such as saving, debt and student finance.

Money Ready is dedicated to creating a financially fluent population and their trainers are at the heart of making that a reality. They are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Programme Trainer to join their South Wales team, delivering high-quality financial education across the region.

You’ll work across a full suite of programmes, delivering to a diverse range of learners including children, young people and adults, often those who are at risk or vulnerable.

You don’t need to be a financial education expert already. Full training is provided. What matters most is a genuine passion for working with people and the ability to engage a room.

The role involves delivering financial education sessions across a range of settings throughout South Wales. You'll work face-to-face with diverse groups of learners, with occasional virtual delivery, build relationships with delivery partners and contribute to ongoing programme development through feedback and collaboration.

All delivery-related travel is covered.

Money Ready encourage applications in Welsh or English — a Welsh speaker able to deliver sessions and support translating resources is desirable but not essential.
