Teacher Active is proud to be working with a number of well-established secondary schools across Swansea that are looking to appoint a dedicated School Administrator. These schools are committed to creating a positive learning environment, supported by professional administration teams who play a vital role in the smooth day to day running of the school.

The schools are looking for a School Administrator to support on a full time or part time basis, with long term, short term and permanent opportunities available. The successful School Administrator will be responsible for a range of administrative duties including reception, attendance, data entry, maintaining pupil records and providing efficient support to staff, students and visitors while confidently using a variety of IT systems.

The

successful School Administrator will have:

Previous administration experience within a school or busy office environment
Excellent IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and school management systems such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
A professional, reliable and proactive approach to work
