Teacher Active is proud to be working with a Health and Social Care setting in the Swansea and Port Talbot area, who are looking for a knowledgeable and supportive NVQ Health and Social Care Assessor to help learners progress within the sector.
The Role
As an NVQ Health and Social Care Assessor, you will work on a temporary, part-time basis for 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
You will support learners throughout their Health and Social Care qualifications, assessing their progress against relevant standards and providing clear, constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.
✅ The Successful NVQ Health and Social Care Assessor Will Have:
A relevant Health and Social Care qualification
Experience working within Health and Social Care
Experience supporting or assessing learners
Strong communication and organisational skills
The ability to provide clear and constructive feedback
A supportive, adaptable and learner-focused approach
