The successful candidate will:
- Be an experienced Teaching Assistant and demonstrates a clear understanding of how children learn and develop.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Have high expectations both for children and themselves.
- Have excellent communication skills and be committed to building positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
- Support high quality teaching and learning.
- Enthuse, motivate and engage children in all areas of learning.
- Be willing to contribute to the broader life of the school community.
