These colleges provide supportive and inclusive learning environments, helping students develop their confidence, independence and skills throughout their education.
We are looking for College Support Assistants for a range of immediate opportunities
, with full-time and part-time, short-term and long-term contracts available.
The successful College Support Assistant will support learners within the college environment, assisting with their learning, engagement and independence
, while working closely with lecturers and other support staff.
Experience supporting young people or learners within an education or FE setting
A DBS on the Update Service is desirable
Welsh-speaking skills are desirable
A patient and supportive approach to working with learners
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to adapt and work effectively as part of a team
