Hoop Education is currently seeking Teaching Assistants to work across secondary schools in Swansea and the surrounding areas. The Role- Support pupils across KS3 and KS4
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support where required
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support classroom behaviour management
- Follow school policies and procedures
- Work in a variety of secondary school settings
- Choose the days and assignments that suit you
- Experienced Teaching Assistants or individuals with relevant education-based experience
- Experience supporting pupils within KS3 and KS4 is desirable
- Confident, proactive, and engaging practitioners
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Reliable, professional, and passionate about supporting young people
- Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistants are highly desirable
- A driving licence and access to transport is advantageous
