The college is seeking a motivated Electrical Engineering Lecturer to join its team on a

full-time, temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching, supporting learners with both practical and theoretical aspects of Electrical Engineering, and creating a positive learning environment where students can thrive.

The successful Electrical Engineering Lecturer will have:

• A relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering or substantial industry experience within the electrical engineering sector.
• Experience in Electrical Engineering, either within education or industry.
• A passion for sharing industry knowledge and practical skills with learners.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage, inspire and motivate students.
• Excellent organisational skills and effective classroom management.
• A positive, adaptable attitude and a genuine commitment to supporting learners.
