Based at our 30,000 ft² manufacturing facility at Hendy Industrial Estate, Swansea, and employing over 64 people, Axium Process is an ambitious and expanding business with a clear objective: to become the number one provider in our market.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Technical Sales Administrator to support our Technical Sales Team.

This role is central to ensuring accurate technical documentation, clear communication between departments, and efficient sales order processing.

• Provide administrative support to the Technical Sales Team
• Accurate data input and document control
• Compile, check, and issue technical and engineering drawings
• Transfer detailed engineering and technical instructions between departments
• Process sales orders using Sage 200
• Create, maintain, and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Carry out additional duties as directed by the line manager

You will be a motivated individual with strong organisational skills and a professional, positive attitude.

Ideally, you will demonstrate:

• Confidence liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure
• A well‑organised, self‑motivated, and methodical approach
• Strong administrative capability
• An engineering background or experience working with technical drawings (advantageous but not essential)

• Competitive salary: £25,000 – £30,000, dependent on experience
• 5 weeks’ annual leave, plus bank holidays
