This is your opportunity to drive innovation, mentor junior engineers, and deliver engineering solutions that make a real impact. We are looking for your expertise to be within Outfit, Structural, Piping, or Electrical design to join our Naval team.

As a Senior Design Engineer, you will lead the development of detailed engineering designs for marine systems and structures, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with project requirements. You’ll produce high-quality 2D and 3D outputs, provide guidance to multidisciplinary teams, and play a key role in integrating components and systems for naval vessels.

• Lead design activities across Structural, Piping, Electrical, or Outfit disciplines
• Review and approve design outputs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to meet delivery milestones
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering technical growth within the team
• Drive continuous improvement in design processes and methodologies

• Advanced modelling and drafting of bulkheads and decks
• Shell modelling and nesting
• Complex pipe routing and isometric drawings

• Electrical system and component design
• Schematic analysis and cable management
• Cable segregation and load calculations
• Compartment layout and equipment integration
• Design of ship access and escape systems
• Specification of insulation, coatings, and deck coverings
