Job Description

Administrator – Key Project Administrator in the Environment & Safety division.

We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and flexible administrator to support project coordination and administration. The role requires confidence to work independently and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. A background in asbestos‑related administration, along with knowledge of KPI‑driven project support, is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Liaising with clients and Project Managers to schedule works.
  • Tracking data and maintaining accurate project trackers.
  • Supporting reporting tasks and RAMS information.
Qualifications
  • Over 3 years of administrative experience in an asbestos environment.
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure using own initiative.
