We are searching for Ground Engineering professionals to join our teams across the UK. We seek dynamic Geotechnical Engineers/Geologists of all levels, ready to bring technical expertise and innovative thinking.

Successful candidates must have a proven track record in delivering ground engineering projects in the UK and be fully conversant with relevant technical standards.
We develop projects from concept through to operation, providing engineering and construction services for large‑scale rail and transit projects.

Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Degree (BSc or MSc) in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Engineering Geology, or a related field.
- Progress toward Chartered status is advantageous but not required; support is provided.
- Demonstrable understanding of current design codes, standards, and best practices in geotechnical design, with openness to new methods.
- Proven leadership experience in similar roles, appropriate to your level, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK.
