- Develop innovative mechanical designs for clean water and wastewater infrastructure
- Produce high-quality drawings, reports, calculations, and schedules
- Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage technical interfaces
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients
- Review bids, subcontractor designs, and provide on-site technical support
- Mentor junior team members and help shape our future talent
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure quality outcomes
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience in water, wastewater, or related industries
- Knowledge of treatment processes, equipment selection, and design principles
- Familiarity with CDM, procurement, and document control
- Strong communication, teamwork, and digital skills
- A proactive, adaptable, problem-solving mindset
- Professional qualification (IEng / CEng MIMechE)
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Passion for continuous improvement and progression
