Role Overview and Responsibilities

TT Electronics, Bedlington, is hiring for a Junior Quality Systems Engineer. This is a new, key role in the development of our quality systems.  Reporting directly into the Head of Quality for Microelectronics, you'll challenge the status quo and lead system improvement projects across a wide range of products and processes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Proactively working with other departments to ensure business unit systems are maintained & continually improved. Driving Non Conformance to robust closure to prevent recurrence.

Providing support for internal auditors to ensure the required level of audit capability within the business. Hosting/Supporting Customer and accreditation audits conducted on site. Providing regulatory updates to the business. Supporting additional quality audits both Domestic and International, if and when required.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

What We're Looking For:

Exposure as a quality auditor in a previous role. Familiarity with the Quality Standards ISO
9001 and AS9100.A competent user of MS office. A strong communicator, both written and verbal. The following would enhance your application but is not essential to apply:
Previous quality or systems engineering experience.

Experience of using quality tools (FMEA, Risk Assessment, Design Experiments etc)
Knowledge of PPAP, APQCKnowledge of Q Pulse software

Knowledge of SPC techniques
