- Assess and monitor learner progress

- Relevant electrical engineering qualification (e.g., Level 3+ Electrical Installation, HNC/HND, degree, or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience with in the electrical engineering or electrical installation sector
, with strong technical competence and up-to-date industry knowledge. - Strong teaching, communication, and organisational skills
