Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in Swansea to deliver an exceptional guest experience across multiple entertainment experiences, including bowling, Laser Arena, Escape Rooms and karaoke.
You will handle bookings, enquiries and events, serve food and drinks, and help maintain a clean, welcoming venue. The role requires a confident, energetic, and customer-focused approach, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
