Morgan Advanced Materials seeks a Finance Generalist in Swansea for an 18-month fixed contract. This role supports day-to-day finance operations during an ERP transition, ensuring financial processes remain efficient. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of finance experience, a degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred), and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include managing transactional support, monthly reporting, and liaising with stakeholders to facilitate continuity.
Proficiency with ERP systems is an advantage.
