Interim Finance Manager | Charity sector | Swansea - hybrid £45,000-£50,000 Our Charity client is recruiting for a strong Finance Manager with hands on management accounting skills to provide monthly management information to the board and to lead and support the finance team.

The Role:

Lead day-to-day finance operations, managing a small team (AP, AR, payroll) and maintaining strong financial control. Strengthen governance through redesigning supplier onboarding and enhancing approval processes. Work closely with operational teams to provide financial insight and support decision-making. Implement structured month-end processes and reconciliation frameworks to improve accuracy and consistency. Improve system-based reporting and streamline processes within finance systems and CRM.

Manage weekly payment runs and introduce SOPs to improve efficiency and control.
