Hays Senior Finance in Swansea is recruiting a Finance Manager for a not-for-profit organisation on a 5-month contract while the Head of Finance is seconded to a transformation project.
You will lead the finance department, ensure statutory compliance including VAT and payroll, manage reporting and oversee procurement, with enhanced DBS required. This is a hands-on role that requires strong people management and data-driven improvement to deliver reliable financial information to budget-holders.
