Help Shape the Next Chapter of Growth

Some organisations maintain the status quo. At Redkite, we're building something bigger.

Over the last five years we've doubled in size, expanded our presence across Wales and the South West, strengthened our teams and continued to invest in our people, and client service. Our ambition doesn't stop there.

As we continue to grow, finance has an increasingly important role to play in shaping commercial decisions, supporting our leaders and helping drive sustainable success.

This is an opportunity to become part of that journey.

If you're looking for a role where you can influence strategy, challenge thinking and help shape the future of a growing professional services business, we'd love to hear from you

The Opportunity

We're looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner who wants to make a genuine impact.

Reporting into the Finance leadership team, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing commercial insight that supports better decisions, stronger performance and continued growth.

You'll combine ownership of key financial processes with true business partnering, moving beyond reporting to become a trusted adviser who helps shape the future of the firm.

This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to influence decisions across the business while remaining hands-on in delivering financial excellence

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the firm's budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
  • Partner with senior leaders to improve financial performance, profitability and commercial decision making.
  • Deliver meaningful financial insight through analysis of key business performance indicators.
  • Oversee management accounts, statutory audit and financial controls.
  • Support pricing, investment decisions and firm-wide financial initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and strengthen collaboration across the business.
Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with commercial curiosity.

You'll enjoy building relationships, influencing senior stakeholders and helping people understand the story behind the numbers. You're confident challenging constructively, identifying opportunities and translating financial information into practical business decisions.

You'll be equally comfortable presenting at leadership level as you are rolling up your sleeves to deliver high-quality financial reporting.

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience.
  • Ideally experience within professional services, ideally with exposure to WIP, billing and revenue recognition.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
  • Knowledge of statutory reporting, audit and financial controls.
  • Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.
Why Join Redkite?

This is an exciting time to join us.

You'll become part of a collaborative, ambitious organisation where finance is seen as a strategic partner to the business, not simply a reporting function.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Help shape the next stage of growth for one of Wales' leading law firms.
  • Influence strategic decisions across the business.
  • Work alongside approachable leaders who value ideas and challenge.
  • Join a collaborative culture where continuous improvement is encouraged.
  • Develop your own career within a growing and ambitious organisation.
What We Offer
  • Minimum 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Holiday buy and sell scheme
  • Hybrid and flexible working
  • A supportive, collaborative working environment

Candidates should be aware that their first day of employment may take place at another Redkite office as part of our group onboarding programme. A willingness to travel for onboarding is therefore required.
