We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile banking clients. They are currently looking for a Trade Support Reconciliations & Reporting Associate to join them for an initial 12 month contract, however there may be scope for extension.
Role Responsibilities:
Accountable for the timely and accurate completion of daily MiFID II reporting and related activities, ensuring all regulatory and contractual obligations are met Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring issues and queries are escalated and resolved promptly Maintain and periodically review desktop procedures, updating the policy and procedures database in line with bank standards Proactively identify and propose improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of processes Ensure adherence to bank policies, control frameworks, and best practices at all times Ensure full compliance with applicable MiFIR regulatory requirements Follow compliance procedures rigorously, complete mandatory training, and integrate regulatory requirements into day-to-day activities, demonstrating awareness of associated risks and controls Skills, Experience & Knowledge:
Product experience Preparing and reporting data Looking at data sets and investigating breaks Good stakeholder communication
Experience of MiFID ll and MiFIR reporting Experienced in Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
Location:
This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from the clients London office 2-3 days a week.
