The Role

As a Qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right mortgage and protection solutions while developing your expertise within a supportive and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with Estate Agency colleagues to maximise opportunities.
• Generate new business through referrals and proactive networking.
• Guide customers through every stage of the mortgage and protection journey.
• Develop your knowledge and advisory skills through ongoing coaching and training.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving agreed performance targets.

What We're Looking For

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent recognised qualification).
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Driven, ambitious and eager to build a successful career in financial services.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-focused environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
