* DAYS are working between 08.00am-20.30pm (Includes alternative weekends).

* NIGHTS are working between 20.00pm-08.30am (Includes alternative weekends).

· You will be tasked with assisting with the resident’s care plan, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents.

· Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individual’s rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

· 6 Months minimum experience of working in a social care environment (Ideal).

· Have a caring nature and possess a willingness to develop new skills.

· Full UK Driving Licence Ideally.
