We’re looking for motivated professionals to support our mission. As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Quality Control:
  Ensure all lab results are accurate and review flagged anomalies with the lab for further investigation.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Conduct weekly meetings with nutritionists to discuss cases and provide guidance, ensuring high standards in all client interactions.
• Client Support:
  Engage with clients to explain their results and offer dietary recommendations, supporting the team during high‑volume periods.
• Reporting:
  Maintain consistent documentation to update business leaders on lab and nutritionist team performance.
• Cross‑functional Support:
  Collaborate with our Nutritionist and Customer Support teams and assist the CEO with key projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or Nutrition
• Strong understanding of nutrition principles
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions
• Experience in developing and implementing nutrition care plans
• HCPC Registered

Full‑time, Part‑time, Permanent

£36,000–£40,000 per year
