Occupational Health Advisor

Job Overview

This predominantly home‑based position allows you to manage a diverse caseload remotely while travelling to client sites in the Swansea area for face‑to‑face clinics, medicals, and flu vaccinations. Part‑time work (3 days per week) is also an option for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct workplace assessments and report on potential risks to health
  • Deliver health surveillance, pre‑employment, and fitness‑for‑work screenings
  • Manage casework and provide professional advice on physical and mental health issues
  • Ensure the highest standards of clinical practice and employee care
Qualifications
  • Registered General Nurse with proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor
  • Current NMC Registration
  • Ability to travel to client sites on a weekly basis
  • HAVs is desirable
