The Role
Support Worker – West Cross, Swansea
£12.60 – £12.80 per hour (Dependant on Experience and Qualifications)
40.25 hours per week (Driver Essential)

The Role:
Support Worker
As a Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of transformational support work, helping individuals grow in confidence, independence, and life skills while feeling safe, valued, and respected.
You’ll deliver high-quality support work by:
Providing personalised daily care, learning support, and emotional support
Creating a safe, positive, and empowering environment
Supporting community access, activities, and social development
Implementing individual care plans with a supportive senior team
Promoting independence, confidence, and self-belief
Working as part of a compassionate, skilled support network
This is support work that genuinely changes futures — not just routines.
What We’re Looking For
A caring, compassionate, resilient nature
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A passion for meaningful support work
Willingness to learn, grow, and develop professionally
Flexibility for shift work (weekends & occasional nights)
Basic IT skills
Full UK driving licence – driver essentials This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
