The Role
Dan y Bryn is set in beautiful landscaped surroundings in the small village of Ynysmeudwy, on the outskirts of Pontardawe. We are known for our excellent reputation as a quality and valued care provider, where the needs of our residents are always at the heart of what we do.
Responsibilities- Motivating and leading the care team to provide exceptional support.
- Ensuring safety and well‑being by following all safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Supervising and mentoring Care Workers to help them develop and thrive.
- Maintaining records and documenting any concerns accurately.
- At least 2 years experience in a care worker role.
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 (or equivalent) and willingness to work towards Level 3.
- Experience in implementing and updating care plans, risk assessments, and audits.
- Leadership experience, including team management, supervision, and conducting annual appraisals.

Pay and Pensions- £26,315 FTE
