Perform diagnostic testing in haematology and blood transfusion using Ortho and Sysmex analysers.

Accurately analyse, interpret, and validate laboratory results, maintaining the highest standards of precision.

Ensure compliance with laboratory quality assurance protocols and participate in audits and service improvement initiatives.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support timely and accurate patient diagnoses.

Utilise the Wales Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for data entry, result reporting, and record management (experience desirable but not essential).

Work independently when required, demonstrating confidence in lone-working situations and clinical decision-making.

Proven experience in haematology and blood transfusion.

Competency using Ortho and Sysmex analysers.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Car driver not essential.
