We're expanding our Care Relief Bank across our person-centred supported living services in Swansea and we'd love you to be part of it! Join our committed care team to provide care and support to some truly amazing individuals!!!, As a Support Worker (Relief), services you will work with the individuals we support closely on a daily basis, assisting them to live their lives to the full.
You will assist them with all of their needs (including personal care) according to their wishes. Why join our Relief Bank? - Days
- Evenings
- Waking nights
- Sleep ins
- Ensuring health and wellbeing of the individuals we support.
- Providing personal care and emotional support.
- Medication administration.
- Participating in stimulating activities.
- Involving the individuals in a person-centred approach.
A background of working with people with physical or mental health needs is desired, but not necessary as full training and support is provided.
Core competencies required:- IT, Literacy & numeracy skills
- Experience working as part of a team and customer service skills

Pay and Benefits- £13.45 per hour
- Sleep-in rate: £62.64 per 8 hour shift.
- Waking night rate: 20% Enhancement from 11pm to 7am
- Social Care Wales registration is fully reimbursed
