Position: HR Advisor - Permanent

We're recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established, values-driven organisation. This is a varied generalist role with a strong employee relations focus, supporting managers across a diverse workforce and helping deliver high-quality people service.

Key responsibilities:

Managing employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary and performance matters
Providing practical HR advice and guidance to managers
Supporting policy implementation and employment law compliance
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and workforce administration
Producing HR reports and contributing to continuous improvement projects

About you:

Previous experience in an HR Advisor or Senior HR Officer role
Strong employee relations and absence management experience
Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
