HR Coordinator – Recruitment & Compliance
Location:
Swansea|Salary: £30,000–£35,000|
Contract:
Six‑month fixed‑term contract|
Hours:
Full‑time, Monday to Friday, site‑based|
Start date:
ASAP.
We’re looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to join a successful, well‑established manufacturing organisation in Swansea.
What you’ll be doing- Become a central point of contact for recruitment activity across the site.
- Coordinate high‑volume recruitment campaigns for factory‑based positions.
- Organise up to 40 interviews each week, managing schedules across candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare professional interview packs, schedules and supporting documentation.
- Provide interview support and help create an organised, welcoming candidate experience.
- Coordinate salaried recruitment campaigns in partnership with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, ensuring every document is complete, current and properly tracked.
- Keep managers and stakeholders informed through clear, timely recruitment updates.
- Identify potential issues early and take a proactive approach to keeping recruitment activity on track.
- Support wider HR activity while gaining valuable experience within a busy operational environment.
- Experience with in recruitment, HR, compliance or a similarly fast‑paced coordination role.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to confidently manage a high volume of competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling recruitment and compliance documentation.
- A positive, proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of your workload.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, managers and colleagues.
- The resilience and adaptability needed to succeed within a fast‑moving manufacturing environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new HR and recruitment systems.
- Availability to begin a new position at short notice.
- A formal HR qualification is not essential; we’re much more interested in your practical experience, organisational ability and enthusiasm for delivering a smooth, professional recruitment process.
