Build and develop strong relationships with property professionals and candidates across the sector Source, identify and assess candidates for a wide range of property-based vacancies Develop new and existing client relationships and understand their recruitment requirements Conduct candidate interviews, assess suitability and provide professional career advice Manage the recruitment process from initial registration through to placement and aftercare Achieve individual targets while contributing to the continued growth and success of Worth Recruiting What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience within Estate Agency, Lettings, Property Management, Mortgages, Surveying or another property-related sales role Previous recruitment or staff selection experience is desirable but not essential Strong knowledge of the property industry and the roles within it Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload Highly computer literate with good attention to detail Confident, positive and professional approach Customer-focused team player with the motivation to succeed and deliver exceptional service Is this the role for you?
