Part Time Payroll Administrator

Position: Part Time Payroll Administrator 30 hours a month
Part Time Payroll Administrator, 30 hours a month, Guildford, £30k pro rata We're recruiting for an experienced Payroll & HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive team on a part-time basis, working 30 hours a month. This is a varied role combining payroll processing, HR systems administration, pension administration, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities Manage monthly payroll processes from data collection through to payroll submission and reconciliation. Maintain employee records, including starters, leavers, salary changes, promotions, absence and working pattern updates. Liaise with the payroll provider (ADP) and act as the main point of contact for payroll queries. Process overtime, bonuses, loans, statutory payments, and payroll deductions accurately. Monitor absence records and support annual leave administration and reporting.

Administer pension assessments and monthly pension submissions. Produce payroll and HR reports, investigate discrepancies, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Support annual pay reviews, bonus processing, and ad hoc HR/payroll projects. About You Previous payroll administration experience is essential.

Experience with ADP payroll systems is desirable. Strong numeracy skills with excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of payroll-related processes including sickness, maternity, and absence pay. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Highly organised with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information.
