What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects
• Own timelines, budgets, scope, and risks
• Translate business needs into clear delivery plans
• Work closely with Developers, Product, QA, and Stakeholders
• Run stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, and reviews
• Remove blockers before they become problems
• Keep everyone aligned, focused, and accountable
• Deliver projects that customers actually love

You’ll probably have

• Proven experience managing software / IT projects
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum / hybrid delivery
• Confidence working with technical teams
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
