About the role
At Node4, we’re looking for a commercially driven Channel Marketing Manager to accelerate growth across our reseller and MSP partner ecosystem.
This is a high-impact role focused on sell-through marketing, building programmes, campaigns and enablement that empower partners to successfully market and sell our IT solutions to their customers.
You’ll play a central role in attracting new partners, activating existing ones, and creating a scalable partner marketing engine that drives measurable pipeline and revenue through the channel.
What You’ll Be Doing Channel Strategy & Partner GrowthDevelop and execute channel marketing plans aligned to indirect revenue targets.
Create targeted acquisition campaigns to attract and onboard new resellers and MSPs.
Segment the partner base and define tailored marketing approaches.
Collaborate closely with Channel Sales to deliver joint go-to-market activity.
Build scalable enablement materials including partner playbooks, pitch decks, sales guides, FAQs, competitive insights and battle cards.
Manage and continuously improve the partner portal experience.
Create automated onboarding journeys and enablement flows for new partners.
Develop compelling partner-facing value propositions and solution messaging.
Design and deliver co-branded, ready-to-run marketing campaigns.
Create campaign toolkits including email templates, landing pages, social assets and nurture journeys.
Support partners with campaign execution, performance tracking and optimisation.
Measure adoption and contribution to pipeline and revenue.
Own all partner communications including newsletters, updates, announcements and success stories.
Ensure partners stay engaged with product updates, opportunities and priorities.
Build strong, trusted relationships across the partner community.
Organise partner webinars, enablement workshops, regional events and training sessions.
Support the development of partner incentives, certifications and engagement programmes.
Collaborate on industry channel award submissions.
Work closely with Sales, Product, Commercial, Finance, Customer Success and Delivery teams.
Ensure partner messaging remains accurate, aligned and commercially effective.
Provide clarity and alignment between marketing campaigns and channel propositions.
Manage channel marketing budgets and external suppliers.
Track performance, measure ROI and report outcomes.
Maintain brand consistency across all partner-facing materials.
Increased partner-generated pipeline and deal flow.
Higher partner engagement and marketing asset adoption.
Growth in active, revenue-generating partners.
Measurable demand from well-executed sell-through campaigns.
Improved partner readiness and product understanding.

What will you bring?
Experience
3+ years in channel, partner or B2B technology marketing.
Experience working with reseller or MSP ecosystems.
Proven track record in creating sell-through campaigns or enablement programmes.
Strong campaign execution and content development experience.
Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of channel selling models (reseller, MSP, distributor).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach.
Experience with platforms such as Hub Spot, Salesforce or similar.
Confident using content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe).
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
