Click Train is expanding its platform, which is filled with exceptional Paid Media professionals, to support leading agencies and global brands across the UK, Europe, and the US.
We’re looking for Senior Paid Media Managers who bring both strategic vision and hands‑on expertise across Google Ads and Paid Social platforms. These roles suit someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment, a professional who understands how to combine data, creativity, and commercial thinking to drive measurable business growth.
You’ll manage performance strategies end‑to‑end, from campaign planning and optimisation to analytics and client communication, while collaborating with creative, content, and strategy teams to deliver best‑in‑class results.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and optimise multi‑channel paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, You Tube) and paid social platforms, including Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Develop and implement testing frameworks to continually improve performance across audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets and pacing to ensure spend efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead performance reviews and present actionable insights to clients or senior stakeholders.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and platform pixels.
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure data accuracy across all platforms.
- Analyse campaign data to uncover trends, report on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV), and provide recommendations for ongoing optimisation.
- Build automated reports in Looker Studio or similar dashboards to provide transparency and clarity.
- Mentor and support junior paid media executives, sharing best practices and driving operational excellence.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, content, and CRO teams to ensure campaigns align with brand and conversion goals.
- Act as a strategic partner for clients or internal stakeholders, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- 3+ years’ experience in Paid Media, with proven success managing multi‑channel campaigns across Google and Paid Social platforms.
- Strong knowledge of analytics, attribution, and tracking setup, including GA4, GTM, and UTM frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience managing significant budgets within lead generation or eCommerce environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable in client‑facing or strategic roles.
- Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bonus:
Experience in CRO, landing page optimisation, or familiarity with tools like Shopify, Hub Spot, or Looker Studio.
