We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to work in collaboration with product and engineering, joining a team that’s passionate about raising the bar on Seller experience. The designer will own comprehensive end‑to‑end customer flows, interaction design, and prototypes for new and existing experiences, working on multiple features independently while coordinating with other UX designers on holistic experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify seller needs and design delightful solutions with measurable impact.
  • Partner with product teams to represent customer needs in the requirements development process.
  • Use business requirements and customer research to develop scenarios, use cases, and high‑level requirements.
  • Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Contribute to and maintain the Veeqo Kit Design System pattern library.
  • Present design recommendations to partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership for review, feedback, and approval.
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure a seamless implementation of designs and balance trade‑offs without compromising core experience.
About the Team

Veeqo (), a startup acquired by Amazon in 2021, is Amazon’s recommended multichannel shipping and inventory solution for SMB sellers. Since the acquisition, sellers have generated more than 130 million annualized shipments in Veeqo, representing 8 % of the U.S. Merchant Fulfilled Network volume. Our vision is to build the operating system for SMB e‑commerce sellers, powering their growth and operations no matter where they sell.

Basic

Qualifications
  • Online portfolio or resume samples demonstrating experience creating end‑to‑end, user‑centered design solutions and patterns across desktop and mobile devices.
  • Experience delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity.
  • Experience with UX design of complex workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience applying Scrum to visual or UX design processes.
  • Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design.
  • Experience building design systems using Figma.
