TOAST is seeking an IT Support Analyst (Applications) to join our IT Applications function in Swansea. You will be the first point of contact for application-related user queries, focusing on support, adoption, documentation and training, while providing occasional general IT helpdesk support during peak periods.
You will work with Application Specialists to ensure systems are understood, used effectively, and stable post go-live, delivering clear guidance to end users and supporting system
