Key Responsibilities
* Lead complete Microsoft 365 onboarding projects from initial assessment through to successful deployment
* Design and implement Intune device management solutions for SME clients
* Configure and optimise Entra  strong emphasis on Conditional Access policies
* Deploy Microsoft Defender security solutions to strengthen client security posture
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team
* Deliver comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer to client teams
* Assess and improve overall Microsoft 365 security configurations for multiple clients## Requirements
* Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 modern workplace solutions
* Hands-on experience with Intune, Entra  (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and Microsoft Defender
* Proven track record delivering Microsoft 365 security and device management projects
* Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
